# Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products (intangible digital software licenses and Luarmor activation keys), all sales made through our SellAuth store are final.
### Strict No-Refunds Policy
* **Instant Delivery:** Once a purchase is completed, the digital key is generated, displayed, and emailed to you automatically. Because this asset cannot be "returned" or deactivated in a way that reverses the initial consumption, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or store credits under any circumstances.
* **Compatibility:** It is your absolute responsibility to ensure that your device, operating system, and Roblox execution software are fully compatible with our script prior to making a purchase.
* **Disruptions & Patches:** In the event that a Roblox game update or an execution software patch temporarily disrupts the script's functionality, our development team will work to provide an update. Temporary downtime does not entitle the buyer to a refund.
### Chargebacks and Disputes
Opening a dispute, claim, or chargeback with your payment processor (such as PayPal, Stripe, or crypto merchants) instead of contacting our support team is a direct violation of these terms. Doing so will result in:
1. Immediate and permanent blacklisting of your Discord account, email, and IP address from our store.
2. Instant revocation of your purchased Luarmor key(s) without notice.
